What will you do:

• Handle all customer inquiries via email and social media
• Provide timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries
• Efficiently handle orders, returns and exchanges
• Maintain a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in Polish (English will be an added advantage)
• Experience in customer service or retail
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A friendly, patient and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
